If you have been following my blog, you probably know that since baby, mummy has been trying to stimulate me with flashcards. However, this is what happen during her lazy days.



My pretty xiaogu did well enough for the Os to apply for Nursing. Woo... going to be a pretty nurse-to-be. And, xiaogu is still too too busy to fix my tag box.



On a typical Thursday's night, Mummy will have to leave me at grandparents' place (if daddy is not too LAZY to pick me up) because she has to go Cold Storage/NTUC Finest/Jason's market to buy the necessary groceries to keep me fat over the weekend. Wah.... very extravagant leh, you may think, cannot go wet-market meh? That's what Daddy asked yesterday in additional to the typical line ' Don't understand why you.....?' Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, there's actually a lot of truth in this.

Anyway, Mummy came up with a list of stuff that neighbourhood wet market does not have which includes :

Yoghurt, not the normal low fat ones, it's the ones for baby

Canned tomato paster, must be sugar free and salt free

Organic vegetable pasta, Organic + Vegetable, go figure how difficult to find

Peeled baby carrots, yet another difficult combination

Ang Moh vegeatbles such as parship, leeks, swede, brussel sprouts, all of them which Mummy never seen in her life until now when she needs to cook for me

Salmon & Beef, in specific grams like between 100 - 150gram, try telling this to the ah soh and ah pek selling in wet market.

How? Mummy deserves a pat on the shoulder...opps, better not because Mummy needs to gamble and win over the Chinese New Year. So, please do not, repeat, DO NOT pat her shoulder.
